Services

Two ways to work together.

One to one coaching shaped around you, or a small group programme on self-worth. Both start with a free 20 minute call.

One to one

Coaching

Coaching starts with understanding how your brain works, then builds from there.

What brings people here

  • You're exhausted, and not sure why everything takes so much out of you
  • You've recently been diagnosed, or you suspect you might be ADHD, autistic or AuDHD, and want to make sense of it
  • You're good at your work, but holding it together costs more than anyone sees
  • You start strong, lose momentum, and the pattern keeps repeating
  • Small things tip you into overwhelm, shutdown or snapping, and you replay it afterwards
  • You've tried the planners, apps and books, and they didn't stick
  • You've been masking for so long you've lost track of what you actually want
  • Saying no, or holding a boundary, feels impossible in the moment

What we might work on

Every person is different. These are the threads that come up most often.

Understanding your brain

What drains you, what fuels you, and why.

Energy and overwhelm

Noticing your load before you hit the wall.

Boundaries

Why some moments land so hard, and finding your interruption point.

Time, focus and getting started

In ways that fit how you work, not how you're told to.

Masking and burnout

Easing the effort of performing.

Big feelings

Regulation, rejection sensitivity, and coming back to calm.

Self-worth

Quietening the voice that argues with your value.

Work

Staying in a role that doesn't fully suit you, at less cost to you.

Relationships

Explaining what you need without over-explaining.

Decisions

Building them on who you are, not who you think you should be.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No.

  • Coaching works with how you experience the world, not with a label
  • Getting assessed in New Zealand can mean a long public wait or a private cost many people can't cover
  • Many people come while they wait, or while they decide whether they want an assessment at all
  • Some never pursue one, and that's a valid choice
  • If a diagnosis or medication is something you want, I can point you towards where to start

Coaching isn't a diagnosis and doesn't replace one. Suspecting is enough to begin.

Small group programme

Making Sense of Your Worth

Self-worth shapes the decisions we make and the relationships we allow. This programme looks at where your sense of worth came from, the beliefs you picked up along the way, and how to replace the ones that don't hold up with a truer view of yourself.

It runs as a small group, because there's something steadying about hearing others say what you've been thinking. You'll learn, reflect and try things together. Sharing is always optional.

Making Sense of Your Worth® was developed by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW, in partnership with HALO Project International. Kate is an accredited facilitator.

Not sure which?

Coaching may suit you if

  • You want the focus on your own situation
  • You'd like to come as often as helps, and pause when it doesn't
  • You're working through something specific

Making Sense of Your Worth may suit you if

  • Self-worth feels like the root of it
  • You'd value hearing from others who get it
  • You like a set structure, with a clear start and finish

Or we can work it out together on the free call.

You don't have to know which one yet.

A free 20 minute call. No script, nothing to prepare. You decide afterwards, in your own time.
